LunaLab is a social startup dedicated to advancing well-being, leadership, and career progression for women—particularly during the transition through motherhood.
LunaLab helps organisations retain and grow female talent after maternity leave through structured programmes and cultural support that empower women to thrive — and businesses to perform better.
Founded in 2023 by Agata and Roberta — both certified coaches and mums — LunaLab was born from personal experience. We know firsthand the importance of support during this crucial life stage. But our mission goes far beyond the personal.
Our unique approach is about shifting the mindset—from seeing motherhood as a challenge or liability, to recognising it as an opportunity for growth and leadership.
We work with employee mothers, their teams, and management to reframe matrescence—the profound transition through motherhood—as a catalyst for self-discovery, and leadership development. We blend coaching, neuroscience, and peer connection to offer timely and proactive support through this complex journey. As a result we help organisations build resilient, diverse, and high-performing workforce.
Supporting mothers is not a perk—it’s a smart business strategy.
